BUT… you do not have to feel guilty for satisfying you you sweet tooth if you check out this recipe!
It should not take you longer than 10 minutes to prepare this tasty meal and be ready to dig in!
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of porridge oats
- fat free greek-style yogurt
- frozen berries
- maple syrup
Put the eggs and porridge oats into blender. Heat the pan up, add some oil or light fry to the pan and pour the mixture. Flip it over after few minutes and voila!
Spread yogurt, add berries, fold it in half. Top it up with berries and add splash of maple syrup. What not to love?
